Dr. Abhishek Shukla, MD (Physician), MAAFP (USA), Diploma in Geriatric & Palliative Medicine, who has come up with a unique project to setup "Aastha" in Lucknow. It is a focusses Hospital - the only one of its kind in Northern India, Providing extremely high level of healthcare to the geriatric and terminally ill patients with the "Old Age Home" facility.
